Autumn / Winter Programme

The activities takeplace within the welcoming environs of the Courthouse Arts and Resource Centre. They are designed to encourage a number of things -f or example, movement and mobility, social skills, concentration skills, inter-action and communication with other people and buildnig self-esteem and confidence.

All the activites are encouraged with a framework of entertaining and stimulating activities which include music (participatory music and singing activities run by a professional facilitator), movement (specially designed for people with learning and mobility problems), art activities, oral history and talking therapies.

Refreshments are provided free of charge by a team of Volunteers who are always ready to provide "a listening ear" to anyone who wishes to have a chat.
