What do we do?

One to one lessons help to build confidence.

The Club provides a wide and varied range of entertainment in addition to talking with and befriending people in relaxed surroundings. During the summer months trips to the coast, country and local places of interest are arranged on a regular basis. In addition, with the help of suitably qualified people, it runs art, music, and mobility sessions in order to encourage individuals to develop the various talents they possess. This is extremely important in that it encourages a sense of confidence and self-worth in people who are going through a "bad patch".

Programmes are produced and distributed every Autumn, Winter/Spring and Summer. The programmes are produced after open meetings in which everyone is encouraged to give their opinion and to comment on previous events.
